The countdown’s on.
It’s almost time.
My October newsletter goes out this week!
Today as I add the finishing touches to HEARTFELT HOMESPUN FICTION from the Ozarks, I wanted to extend a personal invitation to subscribe.
It’s easy, painless, and free! (Please sign up in the sidebar. In the e-mail you’ll receive, just click on the coordinating link or copy and paste it into your browser and click. That’s it! You’re a subscriber!)
I won’t sell, barter, or give away your e-mail address. I won’t bother you with unnecessary trivia. I won’t e-mail you more than once a month (unless there’s a really good reason.)
And no—I can’t subscribe for you, though some of you have asked and I do appreciate it! It’s not only unethical, but it actually violates strict spam rules.
(Some people will do this anyway without your input or permission. When that’s happened to me, I promptly unsubscribe for those very reasons. It makes me feel used—violated.)
So, why subscribe? What’s in it for you?
Well, in my monthly newsletters, you’ll find encouragement-packed content chock-full of uplifting goodies. There are slice-of-life vignettes with an Ozarks bent, writing snippets, and some good, ol’ fashioned feel good.
I often share a recipe or two in my Comfort Food section, and you’ll also find monthly staples like Kitty Corner, This and That from the Ozarks, and More Love. More Encouragement. (See a sample of September’s newsletter here.)
There’s enough Downer Dan material elsewhere. You won’t find any of that in HEARTFELT, HOMESPUN FICTION from the Ozarks.
Now, for those of you who are already subscribers—thank you! I can’t tell you how much I’ve appreciated your kind messages and e-mails.
My monthly newsletters are a labor of love. Truly. And knowing my thoughts cheer you, bless you, and give you a shot in the arm on those less than stellar days tickles me.
Would you please help me spread the word about my monthly newsletters?
(And don’t forget to watch your inbox, friend!)
