Today I’m the featured guest on Jill Kemerer’s blog. Please join me as I dish!
I became acquainted with Jill last year as she gave me a quick lesson in Twitter 101. As well as being friends, we’re agency mates at Books and Such Literary Agency.
Jill is an inspirational romance author. She’s one of those people who never met a stranger. Truly. I stalked her blog well before I knew her, though, little did she know!
I was impressed with her easy-going demeanor and her sunny disposition, but more importantly, I admired her heart for Christ.
Jill has the reputation of being a “helper.” She’s known in industry circles as the “go to” social media gal, and no question is deemed too silly. She’s been very influential in my life.
You’ll want to hop over to Jill’s neck of the woods and see what she’s been up to. Once there, you’ll discover lots of juicy social media tidbits and writing tips. You’ll catch up on all the latest and find out more about what she writes.
Thank you, Jill, for inviting me into your “home” today! It was a pleasure!
Now, I’d like to share a brief update about my transition to another website team.
Thanks to the superfab PulsePoint Design team, my website officially launched in December 2011. I dished about it here.
The phenomenal Kelly Standish and her team of experts have truly been amazing to work with. There are simply no words for what she and her ministry-minded company have come to mean to me.
PulsePoint is known for providing exemplary service and for going above and beyond. They certainly surpassed all of my wildest expectations, and I’m so blessed that God placed them in my path, albeit for a shorter time than I’d hoped.
Due to Kelli’s future move overseas, PulsePoint Design is closing. Because Kelli’s clients were more than “just clients” to her, their well-being was of utmost importance, and she wanted to make certain that their professional needs would be well taken care of.
Enter Jones House Creative, my new digital marketing firm. Matt and Tracy Jones share the same ministry mindset of Kelli and her PulsePoint team. Their mission is to serve Christ in everything they do.
In fact, for those of you with a sharp eye, you may recall that Matt Jones’s name sounds familiar. It should. Matt won in the speculative fiction category in the 2011 American Christian Fiction Writers’ Genesis contest last September. He also served as president of the Tulsa ACFW chapter.
I would encourage you to explore the Jones House Creative website to see what services they offer and to find out more about their company’s philosophy.
PulsePoint Design and Jones House Creative have made the transition a smooth one for me. I’m looking forward to working with my new team.
Finally, I’d like to thank Kelli and her crew for the blessing they’ve been to me. Until we meet again…
Godspeed!

Wow. I’m so moved, Cynthia. This is one of the nicest blog posts I’ve ever read. I’m teary-eyed–and that’s a good thing!
I’m reading this and thinking, wow, this person sounds really cool–wait, that’s me? I’m not cool! Ha! Ha!
Seriously, though, you’re a dear friend, and I am so glad we’re sharing this journey together. Your website is beautiful and I know Jones House will continue the gorgeousness!
Thanks so much, Cynthia. You made my day. 🙂

Patti, thanks so much for hopping over to check out my guest appearance.
It’s been several years since our beloved Blackie’s death, but because of the circumstances, it was a very difficult time. Blessedly, the Lord has a way of healing.
Yes, Kelli and her team are loved and respected by so many. She worked tirelessly to make sure her friends/clients would be well taken care of. Jones House Creative is indeed an answer to prayer.
